Online Clinical Hub on Paternity

Another Clinical hub was organized via MS Teams on paternity matters within family law and has been attended by students mentors and Assistant Professor Dejan Bodul and Josip Dešić, Assist. Students took over the whole simulation of the “case”, presenting as beneficiaries of the primary legal aid and the providers of the aid as well.

Second Course on Practical Legal Issues

A course on practical legal issues took place on Thursday, 26th November 2020 via MS Teams, mostly covering damages and respective legal practice in judicial decision making. The course was led by Assistant Professor Jadranko Jug, Civil Division Judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Croatia.

Project Team Members Held a November Meeting

A meeting of project team members was held on November 20th, 2020. At the meeting, the team members exchanged ideas with the aim of developing a better manual for users and providers of free primary legal aid, as well as agreed on further engagements regarding the establishment of the Center for Free Primary Legal Aid.

Clinical Hub Presented a Labour Law Case

Four students were included in clinical hub under supervision of Assistant Professor Adrijana Martinović, PhD and Mariza Menger, PhD. The hub took place on 28th October 2020 on Faculty of Law in Rijeka. The lecturers presented a fictional case in labour law.

Clinical Hub on Child Support
